What HomeWorth stores in your browser — on our own site, in the dashboard, and inside the valuation widget on estate agencies' websites.
Our website and dashboard
We set one strictly necessary cookie, immoparse_session, when you sign in to the dashboard. It keeps you signed in and is protected against access by other sites. It is deleted when the session ends or you sign out.
"immoparse" in these technical names is the internal platform name used by Moovers CommV; it appears only in technical identifiers like this one.
We set no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no tracking pixels.
To see whether this website works — how many people visit, which sections they read, whether they try the valuation widget — we measure it ourselves, on this domain. There is no third-party analytics service, no cookie and no identifier stored in your browser. If you arrive through one of our advertisements, the campaign labels from that link are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so that a signup can be credited to the advertisement; they identify the advertisement, not you. Each visit is counted using a short-lived code derived on our server from your IP address and browser type together with a secret that changes every day; your IP address is never stored, and once the day turns, that day's codes can no longer be linked to any later visit. We keep these event records for 90 days and the daily totals derived from them indefinitely.
The valuation widget
The widget on an estate agency's website uses the browser's session storage — not cookies — to remember the state of your valuation request (for example, whether the widget is minimised) during your visit. This is strictly necessary for the requested service, is deleted when the browser tab closes, and is not used to track you across sites.
The widget sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
The widget counts its own steps on our own servers, without cookies and without anything that identifies a visitor, so that the estate agency whose website it runs on can see where sellers stop.
For estate agencies
Because the widget runs on your website, describe it in your own privacy and cookie information. The technical summary you need is exactly the section above: strictly necessary session storage only, no consent banner requirement is triggered by the widget itself. If that ever changes, we will notify account owners before the change ships.
